We try to keep this simple.

When you fill out the contact form. Name, email, phone, address (if you provide it), and the message you send. That’s it.

When you visit the site. Aggregated traffic data via Google Analytics — pages viewed, approximate city-level location, device type, referrer. Google sets cookies to make this possible. We don’t see anything tied to your name or email unless you submit the form.

We don’t sell your data, ever.

Form submissions go straight to our inbox via Resend. We reply to you about pool service. We don’t add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

Analytics data tells us whether the site is working — which sections people read, where visitors come from, which pages convert into inquiries.

That’s the entire list:

• Resend — delivers your form submission to our inbox. Resend privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — aggregated traffic analytics. Google privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts the site; gets standard request logs (IP, user agent). Cloudflare privacy policy.

The only cookies set on this site are from Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*). You can opt out by:

• Installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
• Using a browser that blocks third-party cookies (most do by default now).

• Ask what we have on you.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Ask us to correct anything that’s wrong.

We’ll respond within 30 days.

California residents: You have additional rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We don’t sell or share your information as those terms are defined under California law, but the same email address handles any of those requests.

We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has submitted something through our site, email us and we’ll delete it.

If we change this policy materially, we’ll update the “last updated” date below and, if it’s a substantial change, mention it on the home page footer for 30 days.
